Reset a User Password¶
*Important - this feature is only available for user accounts managed by the ACM portal. If you rely on your company SSO provider (Okta, Duo, Azure AD, etc) you must use your company SSO platform to reset passwords.
To reset a user’s login password, go to the user’s profile in the Users section and click the RESET PASSWORD button to start the process.

Click Yes and a new Password Reset link will be emailed to the user.

If the user needs to have their MFA device reset, please contact ACM Support.
